Alexander Dotzler


General Manager

After completing his degree in engineering, Alexander Dotzler began his career as a quality engineer at global tier 1 supplier for the automotive industry. In 2006, he moved into technical sales at a software development service provider. He gained comprehensive experience at small, very specialised IT service providers and large engineering companies in which he held a number of different positions within sales and business development.
As a member of the Country Executive Committee (CEC), he was responsible for operative and strategic business development in Germany.
In his last position, Alexander Dotzler was Head of Key Account Management at a leading European engineering firm.


Jörg Schiller

Senior Technical Manager / Senior Business Consultant

As a qualified computer scientist, Jörg Schiller began his career at T-Systems, the IT subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom. He was able to build up the area of automotive electronics in Ulm. Besides legacy systems in development, production and service, he also developed embedded software for vehicles (e.g. air conditioning). He later moved to Berlin to become Head of Division at Carmeq, a 100% subsidiary of Volkswagen. There, the focus was on diagnostics, HMI development and functional software (e.g. parking assistance). He was able to gain invaluable experience in the development of high-end infotainment systems at the Karlsruhe-based automotive supplier, Harman International. Over the course of his career spanning over 20 years, he has gained in-depth knowledge of project management, IT technologies and software development methods in a number of positions at service providers.


Cornelia Baierl

Sales Managerin

Cornelia Baierl was able to begin gaining experience in the fields of purchasing and logistics in addition to management consulting and project management during her degree in international economics and business at universities in Passau (Germany) and São Paulo (Brazil). After successfully completing her master’s degree, she worked as a sales manager in the photovoltaic industry. She is consequently optimally qualified for her area of responsibility of software solution sales.


Martina Schulte

Office Manager / Executive Management Assistant

In the past few years, Martina Schulte has demonstrated her outstanding organisational skills and sales talents as secretary for the management team and head of sales in the field of energy technology in addition to as secretary to the sales manager at Behr-Hella Thermocontrol GmbH, which is active in the field of automotive air conditioning technology.
