• You support our cross-functional product and development teams / customers as Scrum Master
• You work closely with the product owner on the backlog and new requests
• You coach the product owner and the team as needed
• Your task is to design and continuously develop our agile workflows
• You educate and mentor everyone in and around the agile process to live up to the agile values
• You have a feel for team dynamics and proactively remove obstacles in the team
• Your activities are derived from Scrum and other proven agile methodologies

• You have several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• You have knowledge and some hands-on experience with scaled agile frameworks, such as SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, etc.
• Advanced working experience with JIRA / Confluence and agile tools like “Planning Poker” etc. complete your profile
• You have strong communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Servant leadership, empathy, and creative problem solving are your strengths
• You have a Scrum -certification like PSM or CSM
